Sharon Evans is one of the few North Carolina Triangle natives active and successful in the local real estate field. She grew up in Cary and now resides with her husband Jay and two sons in the highly sought-after Leesville area of NW Raleigh. Graduating at the top of her class from Cary High School, Sharon went on to earn a B.S. with honors in Chemical Engineering from NC State. After buying her first home, Sharon discovered that Real Estate was her true passion. In 1998, she began her career in residential sales with over $6 million in volume her first year! Thanks to an incredible degree of client loyalty and strong referral base, Sharon's business has grown exponentially each year, with sales of over 300 homes annually!
